All products come with 90 days of complimentary technical support. After that the per incident charge is $150 or a year of Platinum Technical Support may be purchased for $400. The cost will be $400 per year after the 1st use of the Program or from the date of purchase of the Platinum Support.  All USERS receive 90 days of Free Technical Support after the 1st use of the Program.   After 90 days without Platinum Technical Support, the cost will be $150 per incident.  We now have the ability to take CREDIT CARD, CHECK or WIRE TRANSFER at www.hicsoap.com
